Terms of Service

Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by ddainusshaa, contactable at contact@ddainusshaa.dev. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean the store operator, and "you" means the person making a purchase.

Payments are handled by Tebex Limited, who acts as merchant of record for every sale. Their terms of service apply to the payment itself in addition to these terms.

What you are buying

Every package on this store is a licence to use a script — server-side software for FiveM. You are not buying the software itself, and you are not acquiring ownership of it or any intellectual property in it. Copyright remains with me.

The licence granted is:

• Non-exclusive — the same script is licensed to other buyers.
• Non-transferable — it is tied to the account that bought it.
• For servers you operate. You may run the script on servers you own or administer. You may not license it onward to third parties or run it as a service on behalf of someone who has not bought their own licence.
• Perpetual, unless revoked for a breach of these terms.

Package descriptions and the published documentation state what each script does and what it requires. If anything is unclear before you buy, ask — questions asked beforehand are always answered.

Delivery

Purchases are granted to the Cfx.re (FiveM) account you authenticate with at checkout, normally within moments of payment being confirmed. Scripts are then downloaded from the FiveM Portal at portal.cfx.re.

Delivery depends on you authenticating with the correct account. A licence granted to an account you selected in error cannot always be moved. If a purchase has not arrived, contact me with your transaction ID and it will be regranted.

Escrow

Scripts are protected by FiveM's asset escrow. Their runtime code is encrypted and cannot be read or modified. Configuration files and integration bridges are deliberately excluded from escrow and remain editable — what is open in each script is listed in its own documentation.

Attempting to decrypt, de-escrow, deobfuscate or otherwise circumvent this protection is a breach of these terms and ends the licence immediately.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, share, gift, lease or otherwise transfer your licence.
• Redistribute the files, publicly or privately, including to other server owners.
• Upload the files to a repository, file host, leak site or archive.
• Decompile, de-escrow or attempt to recover the protected source.
• Remove or alter authorship, licensing or escrow mechanisms.
• Publish a derivative work based on the script.
• Use a stolen payment method, or obtain a licence by chargeback or any other means without paying.

Breaching any of the above ends your licence immediately, revokes your access to the files, and blocks your account from future purchases. No refund is due, and I reserve the right to pursue the matter further where redistribution has occurred.

Support

Installation help, configuration questions, compatibility problems with supported frameworks and inventories, and genuine bugs are supported for as long as the script is sold. There is no additional charge for this and no time limit on it.

Support does not extend to custom modifications, integrating with resources a script does not support, or writing your own code — though those are still worth asking about. See the Refund Policy, which explains why support rather than refunds is what is on offer.

Updates and availability

Updates are published at my discretion and delivered through the same Portal grant, at no extra cost while a script is sold. There is no guarantee of a particular update schedule, of continued compatibility with future FiveM, framework or inventory versions, or that any script will remain on sale indefinitely.

Prices, package contents and the scripts themselves may change. Changes are not retroactive: a change does not entitle you to a refund on a purchase that was delivered as described at the time you made it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf and is the account holder for the payment method used. Do not use a payment method that is not yours.

Liability

Scripts are supplied as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. I am not liable for lost revenue, lost players, database damage or downtime on your server arising from the use of a script.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. If you are buying as a consumer you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in force for a purchase is the version published on this page at the time you made it. This page was last updated on 28 July 2026.
